中文的「我」「你」「他」在任何位置都不变形——「我看他」「他看我」中的「我」「他」形式相同。德语人称代词则随语法格变化：ich→mich(宾格)/mir(与格)，er→ihn(宾格)/ihm(与格)。这种变化对中文母语者完全陌生，需要逐个记忆。
