zufrieden sein mit + Dativ
to be satisfied with
The adjective zufrieden sein mit (to be satisfied with) always goes with the preposition mit, and here mit takes the Dativ (dative). The preposition mit always takes the Dativ, whatever the verb. The article follows the case: der Service → mit dem Service. For a thing you replace the whole phrase with damit; for a person you keep the preposition and use a pronoun: mit ihm. You ask “Womit bist du zufrieden?” about a thing and “Mit wem ist er nicht zufrieden?” about a person.
